Parking

On-street parking for visitors is most readily available on Washington Street, where there are parking meters. While most of the neighborhood is designated for "resident parking only," there are a few visitor parking spaces on West Newton Street; in addition, Shawmut Avenue (which is a one-way street) from West Dedham Street (the continuation of Dartmouth Street) to Massachusetts Avenue is unrestricted.
